Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning returns must be requested *within 30 days* of receiving the item(s) ordered.
Items may be eligible for return if the product(s) is damaged and must be in it’s original packaging, unworn, unused, with tags. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for return eligibility. Any proof of damages will help speed up the eligibility process.

Returns must be started by contacting us at NBAriArts@gmail.com. If your return is eligible you will be sent a return shipping label as well as instructions for where & how to return the package. The return packaging will be fully covered by us for all Canadian orders. Items that are sent back without being requested first will not be accepted.

Missing & Damaged Items

Refund will be issued for any missing items or a shipment of the missing item will be sent out if the customer prefers.
Please inspect your order upon reception and inform us of any defections, damages & missing or wrong items so that any issues with your order may be corrected swiftly.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods, hazardous items, custom made items (such as special orders and personalized items), as well as gift cards & any sale items.

Refund / Exchange

You will be notified once your item(s) have been received and inspected & and if the refund/exchange has been approved or not. Upon approval refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method used. Please do remember that your bank or credit card company may take time to process the refund as well.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
